David J. Uberman -  May 18,1943 - December 28,2011.  Died of cancer at the age of 69.  He and his wife Phyllis Yankowitz Uberman, also a '61 graduate, live in the Villages in Florida.  In addition to Phyllis, David is survived by 2 daughters, 1 son and 3 grandchildren.
